A dream come true: We are officially homeowners! 🍾 

We couldn’t pass up this one bedroom with a ---- wait for it---- private backyard! We will be restoring some of the older features and (of course) filling it with smart home functionality! The building was built during prohibition and our unit is a ground level apartment but hidden back off the street - so we're calling it our "smart speakeasy!"

I can think of a million DIY projects waiting for us in this new adventure. We will be renovating the space before we move in, so we made a “before” video to give you a tour before we go “full reno!” Watch it below!
