Returns / Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase on defective merchandise only. To request a return, please email natasha@technochic.net with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and include the reason for return in your email. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping cost refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
